So thankful! • We put so many miles on Jesse’s car to look at houses. I lost count of how many houses we requested to see. He never complained, and when we didn’t like a house, he would always tell us it is a numbers game and not to settle. We didn’t and I’m so glad because we found a house we love that was super comfortable in our budget. • Another thing about Berkshire Hathaway and Jesse is that they are detailed oriented. Their forms are thorough and all the information is collected. I noticed a number of times when the other agent had missed or omitted information, Jesse either requested it be fixed or he corrected the paperwork himself. Buying and selling is really stressful, and it is comforting to know that the person in charge of your account is super detailed oriented and will make sure that everything is done right. • I was surprised by the response times. They were very quick. Jesse explained to us about how there was a whole team working on our listing and all the multitasking that was happening. It made me so appreciative of the whole team at Berkshire Hathaway and the way they run their business. • Another thing I really appreciated is that Jesse was very honest with me.
